A$AP Ferg joins Kirk Knight for “Setup” in honor of A$AP Yams

New York has long been a hip hop hotbed, and the new generation of artists from the city have taken full advantage of the momentum behind them. Pro Era‘s Kirk Knight is probably the most prolific producer/rapper the city has seen in a while, and he proves exactly why on his new track. “Setup” is a tribute to fellow New Yorker A$AP YamsA$AP Ferg initially takes over the bass filled, Kirk Knight produced beat, but later in the song the two talented emcees trade bars that prove why Pro Era and A$AP Mob are dominating the New York hip hop scene. The hard hitting track is sure to be bumped at the upcoming show in New York dedicated to A$AP Yams. Kirk Knight is gearing up to release a beat tape called Black Noise and it should be out “soon”, according to his Twitter. He also has a project called Nyck@Knight with fellow Pro Era emcee Nyck Caution in the works. 2017 is gearing up to be a huge year for Kirk Knight and A$AP Ferg, and they have undeniably started it off with a bang.
