Belly releases music video for “Re Up”

Recently, there have been quite a few Canadians making waves in the hip-hop community. Meet Ahmad Balshe, who was born in Palestine but immigrated to Canada at a young age. It’s not everyday that you’ll hear about an emcee with a background like Balshe’s. Going by the stage name Belly, he has successfully branded his own trap and wavy style of hip-hop.

Belly released Inzombia last November, which featured the likes of Future and Young Thug. Yesterday, he followed up the project with a music video for one of the songs on it. The “Re Up” music video appears to be a mash-up of various videos that the artist has taken on his phone, but it’s also made up of a few directed scenes. It’s an interesting watch, and an entertaining use of four minutes.
