Rich the Kid flexes hard in “Soak it Up” video

Rich the Kid is on the verge of global fame, and with hits like “Soak it Up” it’s not hard to see why. Atlanta style trap might be the biggest sound in hip-hop, and the young emcee is putting his twist on it. Rich has developed a unique sound profile that sets hip apart from the rest. “Soak it Up” is banger filled with a booming bass line and Rich‘s signature “dat way” adlibs in between saucy, deliberate verses. The video features the Kid finessin’ through the streets of Atlanta, while flexing his Rolls Royce Wraith and extensive collection of jewelry. The song and video serve as a preview to the upcoming and highly anticipated Rich Forever 3. This project will be Rich the Kid‘s moment to prove he is more than a SoundCloud hustler and launch him into fame. Rich will also have to set himself apart from the rest of the trappers in his lane, which is basically anyone with a microphone in Atlanta.
