Snoop Dogg hops on Flatbush Zombies’ “Palm Trees” remix

It’s been four years since Brooklyn’s Flatbush Zombies released one of their most well known songs, “Palm Trees.” However, it wasn’t until yesterday that the rap group released a remix for the hit with Snoop Dogg. “Still Palm Trees (G-MIX)” is a breath of fresh air, and fans of the original will definitely be feeling this remix. The emcees make a few references to the original track, including when Juice alludes to the beginning of his old verse with “Everyday, me and Mary Jane/You ain’t talkin’ turfs well homie whatchu sayin’.” The beginning and end of the single includes some commentary from the legendary Snoop Dogg. It’s also worth mentioning that the song is exactly 4 minutes and 20 minutes long.
