When Detroit-born emcee Tee Grizzley came onto the scene in late 2016, he immediately garnered comparisons to Meek Mill for his aggressive, hard-hitting rap style. The comparisons never let up, and when the two artists were seen in the studio together, many fans were excited.
Today their collaboration was released and, in short, they did not disappoint. From the Helluva-produced instrumental to the cover art, everything about this song is authentically aggressive. Tee Grizzley gets the catchy hook and Meek adds in a singular, quick-spitting verse to complete their banger. Tee Grizzley is slowly becoming one of the biggest names in hip hop and, if his consistency doesn’t let up, he could soon be at the level that Meek has been at for years.
